The Recovery Journey is a lifelong process, and one that benefits greatly from ongoing support that can be found in Outpatient Programs.
Completing a residential treatment program is the essential first step, but that is not where the journey typically ends.
For many, healing and wellness can also be found through Outpatient Programs that continue to work on issues like trauma resolution, self-care, and personal development.
At Iris Healing Retreat that experience is taken even further, with a holistic regimen that includes meditation and alternative therapies, such as Brainspotting Therapy and Neurofeedback Therapy, which we have discussed in previous blog posts.
Ultimately, as humans, we are all “works in progress” who can benefit greatly from spiritual and emotional growth techniques.
Iris Healing IOP Center – PHP and IOP Outpatient Programs
One of the things that we are most proud of this year, is the launch of our new Iris Healing IOP Center. It is a PHP and IOP center to be exact, which stands for Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.
We like to think of it as an extension of the Iris Healing experience and one that offers a full continuum of care for patients who have completed our residential program.
Traditional Outpatient Rehab is an area where we already have quite a bit of experience.
One of the benefits of our existing model is having the ability to give clients the freedom to receive dual diagnosis addiction treatment and continue their daily lives.
People have the opportunity to commit to outpatient hours in the evenings and weekends, avoiding interruptions with their work or family. There are certainly pros and cons to this type of program, but for many it has proven to be tremendously successful.
Of course for people recovering from more intense addictions, a PHP program can be a much more appropriate solution. Our new facility (which is also located in Woodland Hills) offers expanded treatments, with individualistic regimens that dig deep into past traumas.
Though clients don’t live on the premises, like they would at our residential facility, they receive the same level of care and attention.
Here, a primary goal is relapse prevention and utilizing the Iris Healing dual diagnosis approach to explore triggers from a person’s past.
Techniques like brainspotting therapy, for example, help patients identify, process and overcome traumatic incidents. Accompaniments such as yoga, group therapy and alumni support, help to complete the experience, giving clients a much more well-rounded recovery journey.
Ultimately, the Iris mantra is built around Healing, Wellness and Positivity.
Detox, Residential, and Outpatient for Recovery
Whether it is the around-the-clock Detox Care (which can be necessary during an intense addiction), the Residential Treatment stage where clients learn to live and function in a sober environment, the Outpatient Rehab for those who seek recovery on a lesser scale, or the newest IOP Center Experience emphasizing relapse prevention and continued healing, we support the journey the entire way through.
It is so very important to know that qualified and caring professionals are available to support you.
Our team works tirelessly to bring health, wellness and positivity into our clients’ lives and we are beyond thrilled to take that experience even further with our PHP and IOP programs.
We invite anyone interested to get in touch with us (for yourself or a loved one) and learn more about what Iris Healing has to offer.
