Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) allows clients to continue partaking in life obligations such as work or school while attending treatment.
Outpatient Rehab
Our outpatient rehab program allows clients to partake in therapy and TMS while still living from home and attending school or work.
A FULL CONTINUUM OF CARE
Determining the right level of care in addiction treatment depends on the individual’s specific needs, the severity of their addiction, and their stage in recovery. Detox is usually the initial step for those physically dependent on substances, providing medical supervision to manage withdrawal safely. Residential treatment might suit individuals needing a structured environment to focus solely on recovery, especially if they have a history of severe addiction or relapse.
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) are ideal for those transitioning from intensive residential care who still require considerable support. Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Outpatient Rehab are suited for individuals who need ongoing treatment but must also attend to daily responsibilities like work or school.
A continuum of care, which involves progressively stepped-down levels of treatment, allows individuals to move smoothly from more intensive to less intensive care, adapting to their evolving needs. This approach is crucial for long-term healing as it provides ongoing support and reinforcement of recovery strategies, helping to prevent relapse. It also allows for sustained engagement with therapeutic resources and community support, essential for maintaining the gains made in treatment and effectively managing the challenges of recovery.
Detox
Medical detox is the crucial first stage in the journey of addiction treatment, designed to safely manage the acute physical symptoms of withdrawal from drugs or alcohol. This process is medically supervised and can last from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the substance involved and the individual’s specific health needs. During medical detox, clients can expect close monitoring by healthcare professionals who aim to minimize discomfort and ensure safety. Medications may be used to ease withdrawal symptoms and prevent potential complications, such as seizures or severe dehydration. The environment is typically quiet and supportive, helping individuals begin their recovery process in a stable and controlled setting.
Residential Treatment
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program provides a less restrictive, yet still structured, treatment option designed for those transitioning further into their recovery. IOP usually requires participation for a few hours a day, several days a week, enabling individuals to maintain their professional and personal responsibilities while continuing treatment. This program focuses on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and furthering the recovery process through group and individual therapy. IOP is ideal for those with a stable living situation and a lower risk of immediate relapse, offering flexibility while still providing significant support and accountability.
Outpatient Rehab
The Outpatient Program at Iris Healing Retreat is the least intensive level of care, designed for individuals who have made significant progress in their recovery journey and require ongoing support. This program typically involves attending therapy sessions for a few hours per week, which allows individuals to continue their recovery while fully engaged in their daily lives. Outpatient care is focused on maintaining sobriety, managing stress, and continuing to develop healthy coping mechanisms. It is suited for those who have a strong support system in place and are ready to apply the skills they have learned in treatment to real-world situations.
